RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. I hope you love your new yarn! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.
RETURNS
All returns must be mailed within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, free of pet, smoke, or food contamination, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at aimeekandl (at) yahoo (dot) com to obtain Return Merchandise Approval. After receiving approval, place the item securely in its original packaging, with all original labels and paperwork, please mail your return to YarnTrekker at the address provided within the authorization.
Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You’ll be notified by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
-Custom Items
-Custom Dyed Items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE
-Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
-Please do not return anything until you have contacted us.
